Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside Switzerland or the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we may charge additional shipping costs to resend the order.
